WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS COURSE?

​The unvented hot water course is for qualified gas engineers who wish to increase their profitability and/or their employability.  There is still a high demand for renewable technologies that increase the need for customers to have unvented hot water systems.  This further increases the demand for good engineers to design install and comission the unvented systems

HOW LONG IS THE COURSE?

​The course is a 2 day course. Each day starts at 08:30 till approximately 16:30 hours

​

UNVENTED HOT WATER COURSE CONTENT:

​The focus of the unvented hot water course is on safety.

​

The course covers the design of unvented hot water systems and the assessment of installations for their suitabilty for the equipment to be installed.

​

You will learn the best place within the installation to site the unvented hot water cylinder.  We will teach you how to identify the different type of unvented systems and equipment.  The design of the unvented system will include how to comply with Part G of the Building Regulations.

You will learn the installation methods used for installing unvented hot water systems and how to fully commission the system.

​

In addition to all of the above we will teach you how to identify and rectify common faults in unvented hot water systems.
